ELEVATE After School Program Registration

I am pleased to announce that registration for our ELEVATE After School Program will begin on August 23rd. 
Due to COVID, we are only accepting a limited number of applicants. Applications can be found here on our website and need to be turned in at Y. H. Thomas Community Center starting August 23rd at 9am. We look forward to seeing you and your child at Y. H. Thomas!
